Marcus Hamberg

Mr. Hamberg worked for OM Gruppen AB, holding various positions including; Vice President of Business Development, President of OM Energy Systems AB and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Hamberg was instrumental in the establishment of OM’s business in North America. After leaving OM Gruppen in 2000, he founded Mangold AB, a small-cap investment bank in which he still is a major shareholder and director. Mr. Hamberg graduated in 1993 from the Stockholm School of Economics (M.sc. financial economics).

 
Tim Keyes

In 2002, Mr. Keyes joined Runaware as a Senior Account Manager, was promoted to VP of North American Operations in 2006 and promoted again to Chief Operating Officer at the end of 2006. In 2007 he was chosen to lead the company as CEO and continues his involvement in company operations as well as promoting Runaware’s long-term vision. Before becoming a part of the Runaware team, Mr. Keyes was once owner of SWOP Eastern, a propane gas company. After extraordinary growth, from 17 distribution locations to over 480 locations, he sold the business in 2001. Tim holds a BS degree from Lakehead University in Canada with a Concentration in Economics, Political Science and Law.

 
Andy Poulter

Andy joined Runaware in 2003 as Product Manager focusing on product technology and major US accounts, was promoted to VP, Product Strategy in 2006 and Chief Technology Officer in 2007. Prior to joining Runaware in 1996, Mr. Poulter was a founding member of the Citrix EMEA team. Mr. Poulter led and then managed the EMEA System Engineering Team, until in 1999 he moved into Product Management at Citrix’s corporate headquarters in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. From 1992 to 1996, he worked in Research and Development for Kerridge Computer Company. Andy has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southhampton.

 
Patricia Fuller

Vice President of Marketing, with over 16 years of international experience improving performance and driving revenue growth for global technology-driven manufacturing companies. Broad-based expertise includes overall marketing leadership, budget administration, channel development, strategic partnerships, supplier relations and remote operational management.


Dynamic marketing, communications and business development leader with a strong track record increasing profitability through exemplary strategic planning and execution in growth divisions of established companies. In prior life, held management positions in ViewSonic, AOC-EPI, AMD and APC. Extensive travel throughout Latin America, the Caribbean and the United States; traveled and lived in Europe. Fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese.

 
Jeff Meltzer

Mr. Meltzer joined Runaware in 2009 and is responsible for global sales.


Mr. Meltzer has spent 20+ years in Sales Management, Channel Sales and Business Development. Mr. Meltzer spent the decade of the 80's in the Financial Services arena, closing large deals with Crocker Bank, Bank of America, Macy's and Kohls Department Stores. In the 1990's, Jeff moved into the high technology market. While being a Sales Manager for IQue Inc in Sausalito, CA he grew sales 400% in his first year. While with NTT/Verio, Jeff closed many six and seven figure deals and partnerships with companies like Microsoft, Computer Associates and other high-tech companies. Having spent the last number of years selling SaaS applications, Jeff is primed to lead the sales staff at Runaware for years to come.

 
Ravi Tadepalli

Ravi Tadepalli joined Runaware in June 2007 and is responsible for leading Engineering Team and India Operations.


Ravi has over 18 years of experience in developing enterprise level software solutions. Starting as a developer for creating and analyzing 3D models for one of the US DOD Centers of Excellence, Ravi worked on several projects involving visualization, GUI design and development. Prior to joining Runaware, Ravi was with SABRE Airline Solutions formerly a division of American Airlines since 1995 and heading software development teams for airline slot management, profitability analysis, and fleet assignment modules.

Ravi has an MS Degree from Arizona State University, Tempe in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a BS Degree in Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.

 
Dr. Prasad Saripalli

Dr. Saripalli joined Runaware in 2010 and is responsible for product development.

Dr. Saripalli's current focus is on positioning Runaware’s 10 year old, mature SaaS platform to meet the new cloud computing (SaaS, PaaS and IaaS) needs of our customers worldwide, enabling their existing, legacy IT infrastructures to seamlessly and securely integrate with the new cloud applications.


Most recently, he was the Principal Group Program Manager on Microsoft Client Virtualization team, responsible for shipping Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP Mode on Windows 7 and components of Hyper-V. Earlier, he was a Dev Manager on the Citrix group which built Citrix Presentation Server (now known as Citrix XenApp).


Earlier, he served as a Senior Research Scientist with Battelle, world’s largest R&D provider. Prasad has doctoral training separately in Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Florida, and post-doctoral training from University of Texas at Austin’s Institute for Computational and Engineering Sciences (ICES).
