This flagship solution and its related services are revolutionizing online sales and marketing for Independent Software Vendors in areas such as finance & accounting, graphic design, office productivity, contact management, IT systems, real estate and medical. With an emphasis on the online demonstration service, TestDrive® can provide hosted downloads and fulfill trial CD orders while reducing the reliance on them as trial options. Runaware is positioned to provide ISVs with all of their demonstration needs.

Our mission is to make TestDrive® online demos the global standard for how ISVs, large and small, conduct online software marketing. On-demand solutions, going from TestDrive® software demos to pilot and then to production in minutes or hours rather than weeks or months.

Since 2001, Runaware, in partnership with Citrix, has based the TestDrive® demonstration environment on the Citrix Presentation Server Suite and its technologies. This partnership ensures that Runaware’s customers experience the best access technology from the global leader in on-demand access. Clients including Microsoft, Citrix, Intuit, Sage and FrontRange have already seen the positive impact TestDrive® has on their business

Launched in September 2009, our new platform, code-named Avatar was designed and built to enhance TestDrive® scalability and use, providing the framework to build the new Runaware Cloud product line, including Software as a Service and Platform as a Service. Assessment of market size and technology revealed alignment with Cloud Computing. TestDrive® is considered an early form of Software as a Service SaaS designed to help customer’s market software products with ease and wider reach.
